Do I have to be home when you do the service?
No. Our Four Seasons Program is designed for the busy consumer and is set up primarily as an exterior service. However, if a problem presents, an interior service may be performed at no additional cost.

Will the chemicals harm my children or pets?
The products we use today are more environmentally conscious. Our treatment is designed for application to specific areas where insects may harbor or enter the structure. Pesticides will be applied in a manor that specifically targets the areas for those insects away from the common areas where children and pets frequent.

Do the chemicals you use stain or leave a mark?
The majority of the products we use should not leave any staining or marking. The main focus on the program is the outside of the home, which also reduces the risk of staining inside the home.

Do the chemicals smell or have an odor?
Most products that we use will not leave an odor or smell. Our program is designed to also reduce the amount of pesticide applied in the home as the program is intended for the exterior of the home.

Will the pesticides have any effects on my plants and shrubs?
The pesticides used around the perimeter of the home will not have any effect to plants, landscaping or shrubs around the home. OPC will avoid any vegetable or herb gardens around the home to reduce the risk of any exposure to edible plants.

What if I continue to have a problem with bugs?
OPC is committed to customer satisfaction. At any point, you should occur any problems arising from pests between your scheduled service visits please contact our office and we will take care of the problem at no additional cost.

Does the Four Seasons Program include termite protection?
Our Four Seasons Program will not include termite protection. Termite treatments require a specialized skill and technique to control termites. We will provide a free termite inspection to evaluate the problem you have and provide a free estimate with your treatment options.

Are fleas included in my service?
Fleas are not included under the Four Seasons Program, but services for fleas are provided at a discounted rate for our customers. Treatment for fleas require an in depth process which is a cooperative effort between the homeowner and our technician. Typically the homeowner will prepare the room or area to be treated by removing any loose items from the floor and thoroughly vacuuming. We will then treat the areas of infestation, which will require the homeowner to be away from the home for at least four hours before returning inside the home.

How long do the chemicals last?
Most chemicals are developed to last about 90 days. This allows us to design a program that maximizes the effectiveness of the products while providing it at a cost most efficient for the consumer. In the event that the homeowner experiences an increase in pest activity, we will provide an additional treatment between service visits at no additional cost.
