We recently purchased new property in Louisville and were familiar with OPC. Dakota our technician was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. This was our first visit so Dakota took the time to explain our annual program and what we needed to do if we ever have pest issues. He thoroughly treated our entire home, both inside and outside. So far very pleased with our service. So surprisingly only 4 days later I found a dozen ants crawling in my dogs food bowl. So Monday I tried 3 times throughout the day to reach them through their primary number and was finally transferred to their answering service after holds of 5-10 minutes. I left a message to call. Lost another star OPC.

I've used OPC for years, I recently noticed a fence post in my yard that had been chewed up at the base. I called OPC they came out the next day, the inspector not only told me what to buy to treat my fence and deck to prevent future infestation of carpenter ants and termites to save me money, they also installed a preventive baiting system around my house quickly and at a very reasonable price. I don't use anyone but OPC.

Everyone that I worked with was kind and professional. They went out of their way to provide me with amazing customer service. They made me aware that my mouse issue was far bigger than I had originally thought, but it has now been addressed on multiple fronts.
