OPC Pest Services - Termite Tips Kentucky Blog

It’s Termite Season!

Tis the season for swarming. Termites will swarm as temperatures begin to climb during the beginning part of Spring. Termites are discovered in more than 5 million homes each year in the United States and no home outside of Alaska is safe from the threat of a termite attack. (Source: Ipsos Insight 2005). If you find what appears to be ants with wings contact us for a Free Inspection. It just might be termites. Even though they may only swarm for a short period of time, the real damage occurs from the termites you do not see. Swarming is an early warning detection to let you know they have established themselves in your home.

Take care of that termite problem and minimize the damage. Contact us to schedule your free inspection.

What Our Customers Say

"We had OPC come to treat our house. They set a time to be there and they showed up at that time. They arrived on time and took time to explain what they planned to do and the amount of time it would take. They were very efficient and professional. The completed the job in the time promised. After the service they contacted us about the results and came back to our house in a couple of weeks to check to see if the problem was taking care of to our satisfaction. It was!!!"
