Our second visit was completed on time and thoroughly for our home. The OPC technician was excellent and very informed. He provided us a thorough explanation of the process being conducted and offered tips on avoidance of any suspected pests in our area. I would prefer the same technician on future visits.

I've been using OPC for exterior issues. I have the 4-seasons plan where they come out quarterly to treat the exterior of my home for ants, spiders, etc. If any interior treatment is needed, they can provide as well. A great service to have.

OPC Pest Control—I purchased the 90-day service to remove moles from my front and back yard. The monthly service was as expected- for the most part, I do not see mole runs in my yard anymore. The technicians were professional. What I do not like- I asked for a receipt for the services I purchased and the service person said a receipt was not available. She gave me a confirmation number, but I wanted a description of the service purchased in writing. I never received anything. The price of the service was very expensive- almost $500– and I think someone should follow up with you to see if I had questions/my satisfaction. You just leave a door knob hanger.

We have the 4 seasons package and have for several years. Recently, we were finding a few spiders inside as things cooled down outside and - including in our service - OPC came out quickly and didn’t an extra spray inside. Their providers are courteous and professional. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to reduce any critters.

OPC came to investigate a potential pest problem to satisfy an inspection requirement for us selling our home. They didn’t find any evidence of a problem. We have been trying to get an email or some evidence that they’ve been out for over a week now with no success. We call each day and keep getting the same answer that they’ll send it or have to speak with someone else internally but nothing is ever sent.
