OPC Pest Services, a subsidiary of Rollins Inc. based in Louisville, KY, has grown their service area by acquiring A-Action Pest Control.
As a local company headquartered in Antioch, IL, A-Action Pest Control is a comprehensive pest control company with 35 years of experience focusing on homeowners in Illinois and Wisconsin. The company was built on a foundation of the love and support of their family and their desire to help the families in their service areas. The company was started in 1988 by Douglas Duty with his wife, Jacqueline, cheering him on. Their daughter, Cheri joined the company 4 years later, eventually taking over as owner.
We asked Dennis Cone, Division Vice President, why the company decided to acquire A-Action Pest Control. He said, “We are impressed with the family feel of A-Action Pest Control and their values.
