Celebrating the Women of OPC

International Women’s Day is a great moment to recognize the people who help make OPC stronger every day. Across our branches, women play an important role in supporting teammates, improving operations, and helping deliver the service our customers count on. This year, we’re proud to spotlight two incredible team members: Trinity Craig-Allnutt and Kelsey Gallihugh.

At our Milford branch, Branch Administrative Specialist Trinity Craig-Allnutt is known for her drive to improve processes and help her team succeed. According to Regional Manager, Joshua Garcia: “She has been such a huge help in day-to-day operations, always offering a helping hand and bringing new ideas to the table daily. She’s great to work with and all around a great addition to OPC as a whole!”

That drive to make things better shows up in the way Trinity approaches her role. Rather than simply pointing out challenges, she focuses on building solutions and helping processes evolve so the branch can keep improving every day.

Of course, Trinity’s creativity doesn’t stop at the office. Outside of work, she enjoys cozy video games, board game nights, and building detailed 4D models while watching period dramas. When summer arrives, you can often find her and her fiancé spending weekends at Renaissance festivals across the region.

A few hours south at our Bowling Green location, Branch Administrative Specialist Kelsey Gallihugh brings her own unique energy to the team. With more than a decade in the pest control industry, Kelsey has developed both a deep understanding of the work and a passion for helping others along the way.

Her impact reached beyond the branch as well. Kelsey has led several community drives that support customers and organizations serving people who need a little extra help. It’s a reflection of the care she brings not only to her coworkers, but to the communities OPC serves every day.

This perspective also helps shape her advice she shares with anyone new: “Have patience, stay open-minded, and hold on to your britches. You never know what you’ll run into any given day, and the industry is forever changing with new research.”

When she’s not working, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and six-year-old daughter. She loves thrifting, crafting, karaoke, photography, and caring for her pet jumping spider, Petunia.

Together, Trinity and Kelsey represent the dedication, creativity, and heart that help define OPC.  As we celebrate International Women’s Day, we’re proud to recognize them and the many women across our company who help our teams, our branches, and our communities thrive.
