The team at OPC Pest Services takes their commercial customers very seriously. Recently, Enzo Lihard, Director of Operations & SQF Practitioner at Mija Tortilla Factory was so impressed with his technician, Moriah Covington, he took the time to send us a note to formally express his appreciation for the support she provided during a recent Safe Quality Food (SQF) audit they had. Mr. Lihard was clear how the contributions of Moriah and the team at OPC led to the strong outcome they had with this audit, noting, “achieving a strong audit outcome results from a fully integrated food safety system in which both internal operations and external partners play critical roles.
